[Fontana, December 1, 2023] – FMI Equipment, a leading provider of compact construction, arbor, and land management machinery and equipment, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Direct Edge USA, a well-established company in the same industry that was formerly located in La Verne, California. This strategic move reinforces FMI Equipment's commitment to growth and excellence in serving its customers throughout the western region including all of California. 

The acquisition of Direct Edge USA aligns seamlessly with FMI Equipment's mission to offer a one-stop-shop business model to its customers. This integration allows FMI Equipment to strengthen its position in the market, add a significant footprint to its growing network, and enhance its ability to meet the diverse needs of customers across the industries it serves. 

As part of this acquisition and expansion initiative, FMI Equipment is excited to announce its relocation to Fontana, California. The move to Fontana is a carefully considered decision aimed at better serving our valued customers in the Southern Californian region and adds the ability to introduce new product lines to open territories. Fontana's strategic location and strong industrial landscape make it an ideal hub for FMI Equipment to optimize operational efficiency and streamline customer support. The new location is at 15286 Arrow Route, and provides quick access to the 10, 15 and 210 interstates.
